It sure has been a while since we’ve posted on this site. Rather than playing catch up on all of the different projects we’ve worked on these past few months, and believe me, our plate has been been full, we would like to share two videos with you.
Recently, best selling author and blogger, Michael Hyatt, opened up a new productivity course titled Free to Focus™. In order to promote the course, we produced two very special videos. The first one focuses on Michael’s passion for fly fishing and how it allows him to free his mind. The second one is all about his family and how important they are to him.
It’s not too often we get the chance to create short, focused videos for our clients in the online space, so these promos are a nice change of pace from the long-form content that we spend the bulk of our time producing. We are incredibly proud of how these videos turned out, and believe them to be some of our finest work to date.
Check out both videos below and let us know what you think on our Facebook and Twitter.
Last year we released a promotional video for Haldimand County highlighting the best features of the county, from nature to history and culture. Recently this sizzle reel received an honourable mention for advertising excellence from the Economic Developers Council of Ontario (EDCO). We like to say it’s an honour just to be mentioned.
In addition to the sizzle reel, we have also finished creating a new promotional cycling video for Haldimand. The video will be officially launched at a upcoming cycling event at the end of April, in celebration of a new cycling and hiking trail in the county. Having the opportunity to showcase all of the best aspects of the areas around our community is a wonderful feeling and it’s always nice to be recognized every now and then. We are incredibly proud of our work, but the videos we produce for the county, always have a special place in our hearts.
Over the few years, we’ve been filming around our hometown of Waterford, Ontario for a project that we’ve slowly been chipping away at. The Shadow Lake Trail area has been until recently an abandoned rail line that people in the community avoided.
However, a few years ago, a group headed by Andy Kooistra raised funds to transform the land into something beautiful. We were honored to help out and film each step of the transformation. From clean up to adding additional bridges and walkways, this abandoned piece of land has turned into the social hot spot for the town and surrounding community.
Here is a promo for The Shadow Lake Trail.

Last year we produced an introduction video for the transportation and agricultural group, Scotlynn. Recently, we’ve taken a step further into the world of Scotlynn to give people a closer look into the culture and lifestyle of the company and it’s employees, in this recruitment video.
We are very pleased to continue our work with Scotlynn and hope you enjoy this video.
Every year we produce a lot of video content for best selling author and blogger, Michael Hyatt. When you spend as much time on camera as Michael does, you’re bound to make a few mistakes. Although we always focus on showing our clients’ best side, sometimes we can’t help but show the bad side every now and then…because it’s just too darn funny.
We’ve dug deep into our footage, searching for mess-ups, line flubs and funny moments of the past year. We’re proud to present to you, Michael Hyatt’s Blooper Reel 2015!
